PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay by using any of the following credit or debit cards:
VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, SOLO, VISA ELECTRON AND DELTA.
Cheques should be made payable to Mansi. Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared which can take up to five working days of banking. If ordering online and paying by cheque, please ensure that you send your cheque as soon as possiable before the order has to be cancelled, and a valid order number is stated on the back of the cheque.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order, but please allow 4-5 working days for delivery. If items are out of stock, you shall be notified by phone or e-mail. We use a reliable delivery service with full tracking details available. A signature will be required on delivery. We will only deliver to the address where the card used for payment is registered.
STOCK AVAILABLITY
We always try and ensure that all stock is available when ordered. We have high demands for our goods and sometimes we run out of stocks faster than we expect. To avoid disappointment we advise you to order as soon as possible.
RETURNS POLICY
If an item is unsuitable it can be returned for an exchange/refund. Please ensure the goods have been returned unworn/unwashed for a refund within 7 days of receipt. For an exchange good should be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn/unwashed. All costs of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer, and delivery charges will be payable again once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. We cannot exchange jewellery items due to hygiene reasons. In case of a refund, we can only refund the cost of goods and not the postage and packaging charge. During sale time, exchange will be made within sale period subject to availability. Refunds are issued within 30 days of reciept or your returned items.
COST: All orders will incur a £4.95 postage charge to allow for the cost of delivery. This is the same no matter how large the order is. For mainland UK. Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle Of Man will incur an additional charge or £10.00, and delivery will take a little longer
Note: If you do not receive the order with in 4 days please inform us.

If an item is unsuitable then you can send it back for a refund wihin 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to offer a refund. Terms & Conditions apply.
